1. Application and characteristics
ZP-UHZ series magnetic float level gauge is a level meter that can indicate locally or display and control remotely. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, light industry, electric power, nuclear industry, food, medicine and other industries to indicate and control the liquid level of media in various towers, tanks, troughs, boxes and other containers.
The indicating part, signal transmitter and transmitter of ZP-UHZ series magnetic float level gauge are completely isolated from the measured medium. The medium is completely sealed in the main body, which has absolute safety and reliability under pressurized, toxic and flammable and explosive conditions.
The instrument indicators have sharp contrast in color and are clear and eye-catching.
The instrument indicator can be quickly disassembled and assembled, the installation orientation can be selected arbitrarily, the observation direction can be changed at will, and the viewing angle is large.
ZP-UHZ series liquid level gauges can be equipped with XQ transmitters. The contact signal output by the transmitter has a self-holding function.
ZP-UHZ series magnetic float level gauge has simple structure and is extremely convenient to install, use and maintain.
2. Composition
ZP-UHZ series magnetic float level gauges include: ZP-UHZ-1 type magnetic float flap level gauge, ZP-UHZ-3 type electric remote level gauge, ZP-UHZ-1/3D type insertion float level gauge, ZP-UHZ-1/3W type insulation level gauge, ZP-UHZ-1/3J type strong corrosion resistant level gauge and supporting device XQ type upper and lower limit transmitter.
ZP-UHZ series magnetic float level gauge is made according to the buoyancy principle. The magnetic float is inside the main body (communicated with the container) and floats up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level of the measured medium. The magnetic component inside the magnetic float attracts the flap indicator inside the indicator to directly and conspicuously indicate the change of liquid level in the measured container.
3. Installation
(See ZP-UHZ series installation diagram) Requirements: First check whether the level meter nameplate data is consistent with the order requirements.
There is no magnetic material within 80mm from the level meter.
The main body must be installed vertically, with an error of
