From July 2 to 8, 2024, TOWE held the 2024 mid-year work meeting. The meeting reviewed the overall work situation in the first half of the year, analyzed and judged the development situation, and planned and deployed the work in the second half of the year.

The one-week working meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhou Huisheng, founder and chairman of TOWE Technology, and attended by core members of the administrative management department, financial management department, network marketing center, new channel development center, industry application center, product delivery center, etc. They discussed how the company can maintain stable development in the industry, break through innovation, and continue to improve in the new situation of corporate strategic development, so as to achieve industry-driven social livelihood construction.

This conference is divided into four stages, aiming to achieve breakthrough innovation for enterprises. Mr. Zhou Huisheng listened to the reports of the core members of each functional center on the overall work progress in the first half of the year. In combination with the current economic environment and the development trend of the industry, he analyzed the specific work of each department in the first half of the year and put forward guiding principles, clarified the various tasks and management, and the efficient and orderly phased results. At the same time, he put forward rectification measures and suggestions for the problems and difficulties in the work of each department.

During the process of enterprise development, the core functional advantages of each department need to be fully utilized, refined management needs to be matched with internal needs, and close coordination needs to be used to match development planning strategies to achieve rapid operation and high-quality development of the enterprise.

Under the chairmanship of Mr. Zhou Huisheng, all core members of TOWE Technology (TOWE) conducted a face-to-face dialogue on the 2024 phased corporate strategic development plan at the Tianjin base.

Jiangxi Tongwei Technology (TOWE) and the heads of various departments of the Beijing headquarters summarized and shared the main work results and management experience of the past six months. They analyzed this year's industry development environment and the overall trend of the market economic environment, and conducted in-depth thinking and discussion on management and planning.

After 12 hours of in-depth communication, each department reached a consensus on work planning, internal construction, how to innovate, optimize products and services, and improve team efficiency. Through the business strategy of "point" to "surface" and "surface" to "core".

At a time when teams and companies are facing various challenges, internal team collaboration is even more important, with innovative development, addressing industry and customer needs, and providing high-value services to customers as the core of dialogue to achieve the company's steady growth plan.

Employees from Tongwei Technology (Beijing Tongwei Technology and Jiangxi Tongwei Technology) held a general staff meeting via video link. Mr. Zhou Huisheng presided over the 2024 mid-year work report and summary.

Mr. Zhou Huisheng made a detailed plan for the company's strategy in the second half of 2024, and made specific requirements for the development plans and functions of each department.
